Panda leaves or rampe as the Sri Lankans call it, is a famous plant in Sri lanka for both its taste and aroma. But just like curry leaves you can't just take a panda leaf and chew because it is a bit hard and chances of digesting this leaf also is very low. So you might wonder how to use such a spice in cooking. As a matter of fact big panda leaves are added and once the curry is cooked you have to take it out. It will leave a lovely aroma and a taste in your curry.
